Wiper problem #1

I just left the dealer regarding a wiper related recall and my wipers continue to malfunction. They turn on intermittently. When I slow down and then begin to accelerate the wiper system turns on. I have video after leaving the dealership that performed the recall. *I'm not able to upload video here. Also note: the recall was out during covid, which at the time I could not take in, and 1-2 years after covid aftermath, I forget about any letters for a recall. Had I done the recall repair then I might not be having this issue which may have progressed and now I'm out of warranty (?) I just don't think it's fair. The recall is wiper related. How can they not offer to fix it 100%. Had the recall not addressed "wiper" malfunction then I could see not arguing. I believe this recall is related somehow. Is it a safety concern? you bet it is. My engine power flickers. I could be in a risky situation crash and now Chrysler- Jeep risks a multi million dollar law suit. I have video. Who can I send this to?.

Wiper problem #2

The uconnect screen has a black line on majority of the screen- happened occasionally at first, then every other time I started the vehicle, and now every time. I am unable to use the screen due to the malfunction which means I cannot use the back up camera, see the maps on the screen for navigation, or control heating/temp including defrost due not being able to see the screen which I feel are all safety issues to both myself and other drivers. So far an independent service center is running diagnostics- and no warning signs.

Wiper problem #3

The rearview backup camera on my 2019 Jeep Compass latitude has completely failed to function, creating a severe blind-spot safety hazard during reverse maneuvers. Screen goes black, or flickers on and off, or has lines and hotspots. It is not usable at all. This failure directly compromises the safety mandates established under federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) no. 111.

Wiper problem #4

The central uconnect infotainment display completely failed, went black, and is entirely inoperable. Because the screen is dead, the rear backup camera fails to display an image when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. This creates a severe safety hazard, drastically reduces rearward visibility, and places the vehicle in direct violation of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 111 (fmvss 111) regarding mandated rear visibility. Furthermore, this total hardware failure completely locks out access to all internal vehicle safety, climate, and driving settings that are exclusively controlled via the touchscreen. The system failed prematurely roughly one year after purchase under normal operating conditions. This issue mirrors the symptoms of major backup camera recalls issued by stellantis for newer model years, but my 2019 VIN is currently excluded. The manufacturer has quoted over $2,000 to repair this known component defect, which consumer data shows is linked to inadequate internal thermal management and overheating design flaws. I am filing this report to urge the NHTSA to investigate and mandate an expansion of the backup camera recall to include vulnerable 2019 vehicle batches. The uconnect screen failure occurred simultaneously with a total loss of the engine stop/start (ess) system and a complete loss of illumination on the electronic gear shifter assembly, indicating a critical cascading failure within the vehicle's low-voltage electrical distribution network.

Wiper problem #5

The windshield wiper came off during a storm the day I bought the vehicle. 3 or 4 weeks later the front bumper popped off under the passenger headlight while driving down the interstate. Local dealership told me the vehicle was not assembled properly at the factory.
