1 Turn Signal problem

Failure Date: 03/16/2009

Left turn signal only works on occasion and then will go out totally. The bulbs are ok. In checking Jeep owner websites this is apparently a very large problem. I strongly feel that this is a safety issue as if the left turn signal fails the driver behind you does not know your intentions and may run in to you. Currently, I have to pass up my turn when it fails and then find a safe place to turnaround and go back to my original turn point. With as many complaints as I have seen on the various websites I believe this is a strong safety issue and needs to be recalled and a permanent repair made.
