The contact owns a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving between 45-55 mph, the vehicle suddenly shook violently and vibrated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The contact indicated that the bushings, tires, and stabilizer bars were replaced, but the failure continued. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 130,000.
