1 Brake Disc Caliper problem

Failure Date: 03/10/2005

I own two Jeep Grand Cherokees 2003 models, both purchased in Dec 2002. Both of these vehicles have had brake problems, consisting of warpped brake rotors. I have owned 9 Jeep Grand Cherokees since 1992. 6 of the nine Jeeps have had brake problems. 4 of those Jeeps have had their brakes repaired or replaced at no charge to me. However the 2003 Jeeps I currently own have the same problem. I have had them both repaired in 2004 and I am having the same problem in 2005. One of the Jeeps has 13,000 miles since the 2004 repair and the second one has 7570 miles on it since the 2004 repair. My understanding of the problem is that the calipers used to apply pressure to the brake pads never fully release, therefore there is always some pressure being applied to the rotor and the rotor is warpped from the heat caused by the pad being constantly in contact with the rotor.
