1 Other Fuel System Hoses Lines/piping, And Fittings problem

Failure Date: 07/01/2015

The beginning of July the check engine light came on. Two days after that the check gas cap came on. I bought an after market cap from autozone. The problem didn't go away. I took the car to the dealer and they replaced the purge solenoid and esim module the check engine light was off when we picked up the car. The next day when it was started the check engine light and gas cap light came back on. Took it back to the dealership and they replaced the gas cap. We were told to give it a few days for the system on the car to reset itself. It didn't. So took the car back to the dealership. This time they found a small leak at the esim module that was replaced? told us they were ordering a new gas tank and we could drive the car until it was replaced. Now I hear air escaping out of the fuel tank from the gas cap and it will not accept fuel without being forced into the gas tank.
