The contact stated while driving between 15-20 mph, the brakes were applied and a loud abnormal bang sound was heard as the vehicle failed to stop. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the brake diaphragm failed and needed to be replaced. The failure had been replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
