The interior lights like dashboard/radio/a. C lights flicker while I'm driving. Its seems like some kind of short cause my the bulb on my right tail light seems to go out a lot more than any other light. When im parked and any door gets opened the dome lights flicker on and off even when I have it to be off when when the doors open. Also my headlights look like moist of some sort, dont see any cracks for that to happen. Due to the moisture or maybe not even related to it but the headlights dont even look like theyre on.
I have owned this Jeep since approximately 2010 and is in great condition. This has been a great vehicle and has recently began to give us these issues. 1. Something is definitely wrong with the electrical system. It is available for inspection upon request. 2. Temperature gauge not reading, drivers side rear tail light and front passenger side marker lights do not work. Directional and brake light functions work only. Partial illumination on instrument panel, driver side window switch intermittently works, windshield washer intermittently works, defogger / vent function partially working, 1 horn working and vehicle reliability is the safety issue. 3. My mechanic looked at it and is was not surprised about all the issues at once. He mentioned the tipm having issues as many other of his customers having the same issues. 4. My vehicle has not been inspected by anyone else but my mechanic. 5. There were engine light warning lamps that suddenly came on when the lights started to not work, then the other issues followed. Since this is an electrical issue, the vehicle has a possibility of shutting down while driving, as has happened to others.
Sucede que aveces cuando el carro despues DE que este estacionado o apagado , quiero volver a encender el carro y no enciende ,cuando giro la llave solo se enciende las luces del tablero pero no logra a arrancar el motor.
Takata recall (possibly). The Jeep was traveling down the highway and the airbag light came on for about 30 seconds and the side curtain airbag deployed for no reason. An ember came out of it and fell on the carpet in the back and burned a hole all the way down to the metal, now my cluster panel is going nuts and all of my electrical is malfunctioning. There is no damage to the outside of my Jeep to cause the airbag to deploy.

The interior lights dash and radio and auto seat did not operate properly; upon touching key and bumping the key; all functions worked again I got new keys and it still happens.
Driving on highway 91 south check battery light came on then check engine and then all warning lights illuminated. Then speedometer, lights and engine shut off shortly after at 65 mph. . . Very dangerous had to coast to the side of the highway with heavy weekend traffic. Towed Jeep to Chrysler dealer where they got code b229 and b1a35. Dealer replaced win module(ignition) and new keys. Seems to be running okay at the moment. Had to pay dealer almost $800. To rectify not to mention the towing and rental costs. This item should be recalled and we should be reimbursed!.
