The contact then received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19v813000 (electrical system) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The same dealer was contacted and confirmed that the part was not yet available for the recall repair. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 180,000.
