Tl the contact owns a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the entire dashboard was peeling, bubbling, and coming apart. The vehicle was taken to dishman Dodge ram Chrysler Jeep (7700 e sprague Ave, spokane valley, wa 99212, (509) 924-3250). The dealer stated that the failure was not covered under warranty because the mileage exceeded 75,000. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a complaint was filed. The contact was advised to take the vehicle to a dealer. No further assistance was offered. The approximate failure mileage was 75,000.

3 Structure problem

Failure Date: 04/01/2015

2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Consumer writes in regards to lack of parts to fix sun visor vanity lamp wiring under recall. The consumer stated the dash rattled, the sunroof had to be fixed on several occasions, the glove box, alternator and engine head were replaced.
