Driver side headlight has condensation. There are no cracks or open sources for water to enter.

2 Headlights problem

Failure Date: 12/01/2018

The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the high beam and low beam headlights made it difficult to drive at night. The contact stated that the light produced by the low beam was inadequate to see while driving at night. Additionally, the light projected from the high beam was improperly focused to the center of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to straub automotive Chrysler (1502 wheeling avenue, glendale west virginia, 26038, (304)-845-6750 to be inspected. The contact was informed that the headlights could not be adjusted as per the manufacturer's regulations and specifications. The contact was informed that any attempts to adjust the headlights would void the warranty on the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 200.
