1 Interior Panels Dashboard problem

The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the rear passenger’s side interior window carbon fiber trim panel had separated from the frame. The contact also stated that the front passenger’s side window trim panel was detaching, and the dashboard trim panel was cracked. Additionally, the contact stated that both the instrument cluster and the center display screen were delaminated and would turn off intermittently while driving. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the center display needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
