Traction Control System problem

The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 24v838000 (service brakes, hydraulic); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact stated while the vehicle was started and parked, stationary, or being driven, the vehicle was losing traction control. The check engine, the traction control, and the abs warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was driven to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The independent mechanic diagnosed the vehicle with battery failure. The two batteries were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The abs feature was disabled; however, the warning light was intermittently illuminated. The failure mileage was approximately 84,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
