1 Automatic Emergency Braking problem

Failure Date: 05/26/2025

The unit has been taken to Chrysler dealers in puerto rico three times. On each visit, we were charged $120. 00 for a total of $360. 00 for the computer scan. We were charged for an electrical module, part no. 68442478ab, worth $406. 59. The situation has not been resolved. The vehicle has abnormalities in the braking system, which consequently affects other functions and even drains the batteries. I would like to sell the unit, but it is not resalable due to the unresolved recall. I need Chrysler to offer me options such as a refund or another unit without defects.

2 Automatic Emergency Braking problem

Failure Date: 09/04/2024

Brakes lights remain on when vehicle is in park and in drive without brake pedal activation. Abs is also engaged in park and presents with hard pedal and no travel. I brought the vehicle to an authorized Jeep dealer in September 2014. Note- recall z48 software update was performed April 2023. Service notes state replaced abs module, no change. Internal pressure sensor reporting 117psi with no brake pedal input. Replaced hcu module. I paid $1529 for this repair. Fca refused to reimburse me on the original z48 recall and now refuses reimbursement for the 94b/NHTSA 24v-838 recall.

3 Automatic Emergency Braking problem

Failure Date: 11/17/2020

Recently submitted a claim. Had to tow to my dealership and was just notified that the transmission is also malfunctioning. I have notified my dealer if these exact recalls at this website for this make and model and they are telling me it does not apply to my vehicle. Bizarre. Please help. I've only had this car 8 months.
