The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee equipped with goodyear tires, tire line: fortera tire size: p245/70r17, dot number: n/a. The contact stated that while inspecting the vehicle, he noticed there were cracks on the trim and sidewalls of all four tires. The vehicle was equipped with original tires. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the contact that the tires had prematurely rotted. The tires were replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was determined that the tires had prematurely rotted the second time. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,500.
