Sun/moon Roof Assembly problems of the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 35 mph, the sun roof glass exploded without warning. The contact pulled over and inspected the sun roof for a possible impact point however, there was none. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. There were no injuries. An appointment was scheduled to replace the sun roof at the local dealer. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000. Invalid VIN.
