Electronic Stability Control problem

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at various speeds on several occasions, the vehicle leaned to the right and then to the left intermittently. The contact observed an audible warning chime and a message to "service air suspension soon" was displayed. Additionally, the electronic stability control (esc) warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it as diagnosed that three software updates needed to be performed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,000.
