I was driving on a public road doing approximately 25 miles per hour when another vehicle made an illegal left turn in front of my vehicle. I hit him straight on and neither the driver's airbag or the passenger airbags deployed. I drive a 2001 Jeep grand cherokee. I sustained severe spinal injury that required a surgery and the possibilty of future surgery to other discs.
My air bags failed to deploy during front end accident in which both driver and passenger were injured. Also rear passenger safety belt did not lock and caused child in booster seat to hit the back of front passenger seat. Child had face and eye injuries.
