The contact owns a 2001 Jeep Laredo. The contact stated the passengers heated seats would work intermittently and the drivers seat became inoperative. The dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure; however, NHTSA campaign id number: 09v117000 (seats:front assembly:seat heater/cooler) did not include her year, make and model vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 100,000 and the current mileage was 100,050.
