Two problems related to brake drum have been reported for the 2002 Jeep Laredo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving in the rain or snow and when brakes were depressed vehicle went out of control. Vehicle was taken to the dealer five times before the problem was repaired. The pads/rotors and the drums were replaced during the last visit. Manufacturer had not been informed of the problem.
Consumer had to replace the brake pads, drums, and rotors after 9880 miles. Brake pads, drums, and rotors were replaced three times with less than 20,000 miles.
