One problem related to turn signal flasher unit has been reported for the 2002 Jeep Laredo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Upper steering column bearing failed. Driving became difficult. Left blinker would not shut off. Almost had an accident when I turned into a right hand exit leaving the highway. Jeep dealer said the worn out bearings got into the turn indicator mechanism.
