Two problems related to equipment have been reported for the 2006 Jeep Laredo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving on city roads or the highway the Jeep losses engine power, power steering, brakes seem to not work increasing the risk of a crash. This has happen to my with my children in the car at least 7 times. I just purchased the Jeep Feb. 2016. The last time this occurred was yesterday Aug. 22 2016.
Nothing has happened yet!. This car is not safe to drive and they have known about it and will not get the part to fix it. How hard could it be to make the part, apparently no one is making it or it would have been done. I received this recall letter months ago of course they didn't date it so I'm not sure how long it has been. How can a company this big get away with not fixing the problem?.
