Takata recall. The contact owns a 2003 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that the horn was getting stuck without warning. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15v046000 (air bags) and was to check with the manufacturer to determine if the parts were available to schedule the recall repair and diagnose the failure.
