2003 Jeep Liberty passenger and driver rear window regulators fail and window falls down unexpectedly. Replaced twice, now replacing third window. Dealer says plastic parts used - knows of problem yet dealer or Chrysler will not pay for either defective part and/or service. Wrote letter to Chrysler oct. 10,2007 concerning issue - given complaint number. I requested refund for defective parts - Chrysler has not replied. Will contact again. Concern for others having small children in back. Window could fall and child could accidentally fall out of moving vehicle. Needs immediate attention.
Rear window regulators fail. . . Even after replacement. 1st incident noted below. Has happened 2 more times since then.
