The contact stated that the 2004 Jeep Liberty was experiencing the same symptoms described in recall 07v192000, but this vehicle was not included. She would like to have the scope of the recall expanded for the intermittent radio/ip/side mirrors/rear wiper. There was also a buzzing somewhere in the dashboard. The contact owns a 2004 Jeep Liberty. While the contact was driving approximately 60 mph, the engine warning light illuminated on the instrument panel and suddenly the engine stalled. Also, the speed odometer displayed an inaccurate reading which fluctuated when traveling. The engine restarted and the vehicle was able to resume normally. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where there were replacements of the cruise control sensor, speed control and computer module. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on seven separate occasions for the identical failures. The contact had concern of the safety hazard involved. The failure continued to occur after the service repairs. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
