The contact stated that it had rained on and off throughout the night and morninge while driving 15 mph down a road to make a right turn and suddenly the vehicle had no steering, it went over the median, and hit another vehicle and then bounced back into her lane. The vehicle hit the driver's side corner of the contact's vehicle. No police report was taken, but the police was called. The contact stated that there was a lot of front end damage done to the vehicle.
