Abs, esp, brake light, battery and check engine light, come off and on I have took it to Jeep at two different locations, neither place has been able to resolve my problem, I even drove with tech in the car, he saw the light come on and was unable to determine the cause.
Key was stuck in ignition of 2006 Jeep Liberty limited edition. Also noticed the shifter was moving freely, without having to be pushed in like it typically would. Took to Jeep dealership & was told that entire shifter column needed to be replaced because it is plastic & breaks easily - cost $200. 00. Have heard that this is a common occurrence.
