Turn Signal problems of the 2009 Jeep Liberty

Both left and right front turn signal/marker/parking lamp assembly/modules have suddenly and for no apparent reason are leaking and hold water/condensation. Therefore, resulting in reduce lighting, dim, or non-functional front turn signals. And the resulting exposure to water, and possible corrosion of electrical wiring, contacts, and lamps. Which, may indeed result in a system electrical short or perhaps possible electrical fire. A new 2009 Jeep, that has never been off-road nor in any kind of standing or deep water, with only 26+ k miles should not have a dual failure of the same component at exactly at the same time.
