Drivers side headrest (ahr) deployed unexpectedly with no impact of any kind. Upon inspection the ahr mechanism could not be reset due to a broken piece of plastic for a rod. Will not lock back into position.
The driver's side active headrest spontaneously deployed while driving down the highway.
