The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Liberty the contact stated while driving 40 mph she noticed a loud banging sound coming from the suspension control of the drivers rear side of the vehicle. The contact noticed that rear end of the vehicle was loose and falling apart onto ongoing traffic. The contact pulled to the side of the road safely no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the home of the contact. The dealer was not contacted, and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
