One problem related to brake sensor has been reported for the 2008 Jeep Patriot. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My car stalls frequently after filling it up with gas. The local dealer has explained to me that the fuel pump sensor is backordered and is unavailable. My car frequently stalls when pulling out of a gas station into traffic. This is a dangerous situation. The car is still under warranty, but the part is unavailable. It is my opinion that my car should be taken off the road until that part it available, but I'm not in a position to replace it with another one.
