One problem related to cruise control has been reported for the 2008 Jeep Patriot. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Cruise control won't turn on, when it does and is set it may turn off by itself causing rapid deceleration ar high speeds. Took it to the dealership when I bought the car 2-3 times (once over night) and it was never fixed.
