According to the bulletin, the sunroof assembly was not installed correctly which caused water to leak inside. The TSB gave specific procedures on how to fix the problem, and gave an estimate time of 13 hours to fix. The consumer stated the dealer did not follow the TSB; they merely repaired a seal. The consumer returned to the dealer. However, they claimed the sunroof was not leaking. The consumer returned a month later, and the dealer re-sealed the roof seams and adjusted the level and weather stripping. The following year, the consumer visited another dealer. That dealer stated the drain hose was not connected properly. The consumer stated he was unable to shift the vehicle out of park. The dealer stated a new computer was needed, which they installed at a cost of $ 1,405. 32. The consumer did some research, and discovered someone else had the same problem and suggested, the fix was simply replacing a damaged wire. The consumer stated at the bottom of his invoice, the dealer replaced the wire, after discovering replacing the computer did not fix the problem.
