Tl the contact owns a 2014 Jeep Patriot. The contact heard a grinding noise coming from the rear wheels and the rear rotors were extremely hot. The vehicle was taken to dick poe Chrysler/Jeep (6501 montana Ave, el paso, TX 79925) on two occasions and they replaced the rear brake pads. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 97,000.
