Wiring problems of the 2015 Jeep Patriot

Two problems related to wiring have been reported for the 2015 Jeep Patriot. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Wiring problem

Failure Date: 08/20/2019

While randomly driving my check engine light and throttle light comes on. I've had my car to the dealer multiple times. The codes are p2135 and p0121. Dealer said they can't find anything wrong. They didn't clear the code. Went home and slept, next morning the lights are off. This has been a continuous issue. They replaced the throttle body December 2018, my gas pedal 2 months ago and part of my computer over a month ago and this is still happening. I've read in a bunch of forums this is common but no one has a solution. Dealer said my wiring harness was fine and they can't find the problem but don't want to replace the throttle position sensor even though it's under warranty. Help.

2 Wiring problem

Failure Date: 02/25/2018

Turning lights on in the car and the dash lights flash 5 - 6 times then go out. Doesn't matter if vehicle is stationary or moving when this occurs. Headlights, radio & dome light still work as well as turn signals and 4-way flashers. When lights are on, I do not have any running lights, tail lights, interior dash lights or cup holder lights. Checked all fuses and all checked good. All indications point to bad totally integrated power module (tipm). Vehicle is 2 years old with no after market wiring. Not having running or tail lights is a big safety issue/concern.
