The contact owns a 2017jeep Renegade. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds when the vehicle would suddenly stall. There were no warning lights. The contact stated that they were able to coast to side of the road where they would need to have the vehicle to the dealer who diagnoised that the fuel pump modulator failed and needed to be replaced. The dealer had replaced the part twice. The last occurrence the vehicle was towed to a certified mechanic who diagnoised the same failure and repair. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure occurred a total of 4 times. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,000.
