Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2018 Jeep Renegade

Tl-the contact owns a 2018 Jeep Renegade spot. The contact stated her parents own the vehicle and were rear ended by an vehicle and the force of the impact sent the vehicle out into ongoing traffic and the vehicle was hit again on the driver rear side. The airbags did not deploy. The contact stated the vehicle caught on fire and was extinguished by the police who was on the scene.
