Engine Oil/lubrication Seals/gaskets problems of the 2018 Jeep Renegade

The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Renegade limited. The contact stated that the vehicle has been repaired three times already. The vehicles was initially taken for a service to the dealer when the contact was advise the vehicle had a recall and no failure was experienced. No warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted and the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was repaired under a recall. The contact stated that the failure persisted. Then was taken again to the dealer where the contact was informed the recall was still active and no documentation of repairs. The local dealer was contacted again and the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was repaired under a recall. The vehicle was taken again for service maintenance and was informed that the vehicle had only 3 quarts of oil and should have 5 quarts and there is no leaks on the vehicle. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.
