Warning problems of the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer

1 Warning problem

Failure Date: 09/12/2025

While driving I lost all power steering and the lane departure lights and power steering alarms came on.

2 Warning problem

Failure Date: 04/18/2023

While driving, around 30 mph the steering wheel locked up and all the driver safety items such as traction control, breaking lane assist, power steering simultaneously disengaged on the car. I almost hit another car also turning head on.

3 Warning problem

Failure Date: 04/13/2023

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. The contact stated while driving at various speeds on several occasions, the lane departure sensor failed to alert the contact that it was safe to merge. The contact stated that the sensor instead directed the vehicle to enter the next lane. As a result of the failure, the contact was concerned that the sensor error might cause a crash. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that an unknown sensor had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to take the vehicle to another dealer for assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to take the vehicle to a different dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 17,287.
