To date, my vehicle has been into the dealership three separate times for the same issue: 1. First visit: I was told the problem was with my trailers. I paid to have both inspected, and both were confirmed to be in proper working order. 2. Second visit: I was informed that a software issue had been identified and corrected through an update. The issue persisted immediately afterward. 3. Third visit: I was recently told that Jeep is now aware of this as a known vehicle software defect and that there is currently no resolution available. This situation is unacceptable. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation that it would safely perform its advertised towing functions. Instead, I am left with a vehicle that cannot legally or safely tow — the very purpose for which it was purchased.
