Carry Handle, Shell, Base problem #1

Car seat has been installed in Jeep Wagoneer for approximately 3 months. Was installed by a cpst. 25 lb rear-facing child; installed with lower latch anchors. When placing child in seat one day, cpst-caregiver suddenly noticed movement in the seat and confirmed more than 1 inch of movement at the belt path. Upon removal to reinstall, it was noted that the snuglock lockoff arm was no longer locked in place. Child's safety was put at risk because there was no longer a secure install of the car seat. Car seat only inspected prior to reinstall by cpst-caregiver. Car seat available for inspection upon request. Car seat still in use.
