Warnings Problems of Jeep Wagoneer

Due to braking system electronic failure vehicle automatically disables safety features such as abs, parking collision sensors disabled, traction control, and vehicle will automatically and abruptly go into p (park) when coming to a stop while braking. This can be caused by wheel speed sensors, brake control module, or communication failure to pcm. Engine codes u0418, u0415, and u1003 linked to problem. This is a big safety hazard where vehicle damage or injury/death can occur to occupants of the vehicle. Safety features should never become disabled in a vehicle while in operation.

The first incident caused the vehicle to lose power and shut off while driving. All electrical services failed. Month long repair with body control module needing replacement. Current issue, once again electrical issue with locks not working and emergency braking system activation on its own with no reason. Battery keeps going dead, front right speed module replaced with problem persisting. No resolution in sight dealership waiting on stanantis for further information.

Driving vehicle with no vehicles within 100 yards directly in front of vehicle and with 1 car in the lane to vehicles right on a 2-lane road. Vehicle on the right was about 30-40 car lengths ahead of my own vehicle. The collision detection system and emergency braking system sounded off, lit up the dash panel stating break, and then applied the brakes while going 50 mph with drivers behind me. The driver behind me had to swerve onto the left median to avoid colliding with my vehicle. The obvious issue here is that no vehicle was within any distance that should have triggered my collision avoidance system, but yet it went off unexpectedly and almost caused the person behind me to wreck their vehicle into mine. No check engine light or other service lights were on at the time of this event or subsequent events I have experience since this first event occurring. Called Wagoneer client services who told me that all reports they receive are not reviewed by stellantis even if they are a safety issue. I called the dealership after receiving this information from the Wagoneer client services and took my vehicle in to be looked at. Dealer stated because no freeze frame trouble data existed this must not be an issue and determined it was not having issues. Vehicle since being taken in has suffered from numerous electrical issues and has been out of service for weeks without rectifying. This however is a major safety issue and thus I feel needs to be researched and looked into.

After very minor accident the car crash symbol and the car in lane symbol came on and will not turn off. Took to dealer and they said there was no update to correct the problem. Feel unsafe in a car that should be safe since it's new. And has error message of limited functionality.
