One problem related to hood latch has been reported for the 1998 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When driving at normal hiway speeds the hood will blow up in high winds or when another vehicle passes. The side hood latches hold it down, but it moves a good 2-3 inches up.
