One problem related to door latch has been reported for the 1999 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Problems with back and door latches breaking and jamming making it impossible to open the doors. Also, flimsy plastic sleeves that connect the a/c/fan/temperature knobs to the control panel break easily making it impossible to use the defroster and panel fans, heater, and a/c.
