One problem related to front seat belt webbing has been reported for the 2000 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Shoulder harness in driver seat twist when being released. This causes harness to be slammed in door lock when exiting Jeep. The remaing 3 harness are of a different manufacure then the driver seat. I have lost 24 hours each time I bring the Jeep for service. The dealer/manufacture does not seem to be able to repair this problem. The dealer/manufature does not seem to feel the problem is important or serious. I understand that only abt 70% of americans are using seat belts and harness's. Seems important enough to me.
