Engine problems of the 2001 Jeep Wrangler

Two problems related to engine have been reported for the 2001 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Engine problem

Failure Date: 07/26/2002

While driving at 65mph on flat surface and no warning vehicle will shut off, and will be hard to start back up. Dealer notified.

2 Engine problem

Failure Date: 02/01/2002

Vehicle will shut off while driving at any given time. Consumer took vehicle to dealer and left the vehicle there for a month. Dealer could not find the problem. Consumer took back vehicle, and had not drove vehicle since.
