One problem related to axle assembly has been reported for the 2002 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
In 4-low trying to get out of snow in a 2002 Jeep Wrangler, the axle broke for no apparent reason. This is not being covered by warranty since I was told it happened when spinning tires hit pavement, although I never did get to pavement.
