3 Air Bag Light On problem

Steering wheel controls stopped working which also included the ability to use the horn. The air bag light also came on making the air bag system non operating. Is not a fuse issue. Something is faulty within the steering system and clock spring. Was driving down the road and the air bag light came on without any form of collision taking place. Tried using horn to see if it worked and no sound. Tried using radio controls none work. Tried using cruise control nothing worked. I have turned the Jeep steering wheel every way and nothing works. Turned it off and on still nothing working. Disconnected battery and then connected it back up. Still not working. Checked all fuses by dealer no issues. Factory equipment no modifications made still not working. Unsafe environment made by this malfunction within Jeep Wrangler.

4 Air Bag Light On problem

Tl the contact owns a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. While driving various speeds, the air bag warning indicator intermittently illuminated. The contact was concerned that the air bag might deploy. The manufacturer was called and stated that the vehicle was not included in a recall. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. 5 Air Bag Light On problem

The seatbelt/airbag light went on at 27000 miles. One dealer said it was the wiring under the seat and another said it was the seatbelt. My municipal mechanic looked up recall information on the issue and it seems as though my vehicle should have been recalled. Any 2013 Jeep Wrangler sport made before 7/1/2013 has a faulty seatbelt. Airbag light is on, cruise control (as well as all other controls mounted on the steering wheel) are inoperable. This was gradual; I noticed cruise control didn't work first, then the rest of the controls including the airbag stopped shortly after. This was during highway driving (a coast-to-coast road trip).

Vehicle is a 2013 Jeep Wrangler rubicon.

Air bag light came on Saturday, September 19,2015 and Sunday September 20, 2015. I did not know what the light meant. My husband, leonard heimgartner looked in the manuel and saw it was the airbag light. We need to know if this is under warranty or since Jeep has had a lot of recalls on their airbags can we get this replace for free. Please r. S. V. P. As soon as possible. 13 Air Bag Light On problem

A few days before the light for airbags came on the cruise would only work periodically then stopped. Then while going mail box to mailbox. Turning steering to left to pull away from box the airbag light would come on and a warning sound. I called dealer they said it sounded like a clockspring issue. But while they light is on they said the airbags won't deploy.

14 Air Bag Light On problem

The air bag light should go off after 5 sec after starting my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, the light now has been staying on and doesn't go off, and if it does go off, it has been coming back on all the time on a regular bases, and will not go off.
