Headlight harnesses go bad. Lights flicker, don't turn on without messing with harnesses or take a few seconds to minutes to turn on or change to high beams. Thus is while stationary or while in motion. Hitting bumps in the road also affect the lights flickering or turning off or on.
The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the a/c and the radio shut off completely without warning. The contact also mentioned that the headlights would turn on and off intermittently. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the mechanic performed a diagnostic but to no avail.
