Clutch problems of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the clutch assembly failed twice. The first failure occurred at 7,000 miles in the left lane driving at highway speeds and the second time occurred at 13,900 miles. The vehicle rolled over the railroad tracks by ten feet and was above the track when the clutch failed to shift and maneuver properly. The contact had to swiftly get the vehicle over the railroad tracks. East hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram srt (2300 northern blvd, greenvale, NY 11548, 516-621-9191) was notified of the failure and indicated that diagnostic testing was needed to determine if the pressure plate or clutch spring was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. TSB number: 06-001-15 was mentioned. The contact stated that the clutch assembly was replaced twice before by an independent mechanic. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 8,721.
