The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. After activating the turn signal, it would not disengage. The failure occurred without warning. The augusta Chrysler dealer was contacted and diagnosed that the steering column module needed to be defective and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 16,000.
